In 2025, the Popular Culture Tourism Stakeholders Summit in Taiwan will coincide with one of Kaohsiung’s most vibrant pop culture celebrations — the Pier-2 Art Center Anime Festival (駁二動漫祭). Known for bringing together top creators, popular VTuber enterprises, fan communities, and creative brands, the festival transforms Pier-2 into a dynamic hub of performances, exhibitions, and interactive experiences.
Participants can look forward to an immersive experience that blends academic dialogue with first-hand encounters at one of Taiwan’s leading creative industry gatherings.
